Chocolate as a Nutritious Processed Materials





Generated a sense of comfort after enjoying chocolate not just a feeling, because chocolate contains a substance that enables hundreds of chemical reactions in the brain. These substances stimulate the active serotonin in the brain which in turn will trigger a feeling of comfort someone.
Chocolate can be made in addition to beverages; it can be also used as food ingredients such as chocolate candy, or chocolate confectionery and chocolate cake variety. Further processing of cocoa beans to produce chocolate and cocoa butter oil. In the presentation of food, chocolate, instead as the basic material, can also be used as an ornamental nutritious food. Garnishes can be any combination of color, flavor, and shape. Participation as an ornamental nutritious food can not be denied again.  
Until now, the development of food and beverages made from chocolate is incredible. We can find a variety of shapes, colors, and flavors of chocolate. Even now we can make our own chocolate using cocoa processed materials that have been sold in many supermarkets or specialized stores that sell cake-making ingredients. So, consumers have many choices to eat chocolate.

* Chocolate Candies *
Chocolate candy is usually synonymous with sweet foods that are unhealthy, and mothers are very strict to keep their children not to consume sweets.


  

* Chocolate Cakes *
A chocolate cake is a cake made with chocolate or cocoa. The ingredients are put into a bowl and mixed together, and then the mixed ingredients is put into a cake tin and put in an oven until it is fully cooked. Then the cake is taken out of the oven and placed on a cooling stand. If the cake maker wants to, they can ice the cake, when it has cooled down, by spreading thick icing on it. Chocolate cakes are a sold in shops as well as made at home. They are a sweet food and should not be eaten all the time, which would be unhealthy. They are very good and many enjoy them. There are many different types of chocolate cake, depending on the recipe and different types of chocolate used.




* Chocolate Milk *

Chocolate milk is a sweetened, cold, cocoa – flavored milk drink. It can be purchased pre-mixed or made at home with either cocoa powder and a sweetener (such as sugar or an artificial brand, such as splenda), or with melted chocolate, chocolate syrup and chocolate milk mix. Other ingredients, such as starch, salt, carrageen and, vanilla, or artificial flavoring may be added. Chocolate milk should be refrigerated like plain milk. A solution is required to blend in the two flavors (milk and chocolate, hence the name of the mixed drink).


* Chocolate Pudding * 
  
Chocolate pudding is a class of dessert with chocolate flavors. Many people make their own chocolate puddings at home, but commercially produced frozen or refrigerated versions are commonly available in supermarkets
