Chocolate as a Nutritious Processed Materials





Generated a sense of comfort after enjoying chocolate not just a feeling, because chocolate contains a substance that enables hundreds of chemical reactions in the brain. These substances stimulate the active serotonin in the brain which in turn will trigger a feeling of comfort someone.
Chocolate can be made in addition to beverages; it can be also used as food ingredients such as chocolate candy, or chocolate confectionery and chocolate cake variety. Further processing of cocoa beans to produce chocolate and cocoa butter oil. In the presentation of food, chocolate, instead as the basic material, can also be used as an ornamental nutritious food. So, consumers have many choices to eat chocolate.

The ingredients are put into a bowl and mixed together, and then the mixed ingredients is put into a cake tin and put in an oven until it is fully cooked. Then the cake is taken out of the oven and placed on a cooling stand. If the cake maker wants to, they can ice the cake, when it has cooled down, by spreading thick icing on it. Chocolate cakes are a sold in shops as well as made at home. They are a sweet food and should not be eaten all the time, which would be unhealthy. They are very good and many enjoy them. There are many different types of chocolate cake, depending on the recipe and different types of chocolate used.

Chocolate milk is a sweetened, cold, cocoa – flavored milk drink. It can be purchased pre-mixed or made at home with either cocoa powder and a sweetener (such as sugar or an artificial brand, such as splenda), or with melted chocolate, chocolate syrup and chocolate milk mix. Other ingredients, such as starch, salt, carrageen and, vanilla, or artificial flavoring may be added. Chocolate milk should be refrigerated like plain milk. A solution is required to blend in the two flavors (milk and chocolate, hence the name of the mixed drink).

Until now, the product of the cocoa beans have a very fast development. Every country has its own way to be processed into chocolate. To obtain a product of quality standards of processed cocoa, raw cacao beans must be fermented in advance.
Fermentation is a process of production as a product of microbial processing of organisms. Fermentation of cocoa beans is a traditional fermented indigent involving microorganisms and endogenous enzyme activity. Fermentation of cocoa beans do not require the addition of starter culture (source), because the cocoa pulp that contains a lot of glucose, fructose, sucrose and citric acid can invite the growth of microorganisms causing fermentation.


Cocoa beans are processed to produce chocolate that is then processed into foods that are healthy, delicious, and safe for consumption. Until the current crop of cocoa beans (chocolate) can be processed into various types of food. Even chocolate can be processed and mixed into foods that are easily consumed.

 
The process is usually in the form of destruction from which cocoa powder, followed by mixing various other additives, such as sugar, milk, etc. (depending on the tastes of cooking).
